Strategies.beer is hiring a Full-Stack Web Developer to build client websites and web applications — fast, functional, and built to actually convert, not just win a design award.
What You’ll Do
- Build and ship client websites and web applications end-to-end — front-end, back-end, and everything connecting them
- Work closely with designers and strategists to make sure what ships matches what was actually promised to the client
- Keep performance and accessibility non-negotiable — a beautiful site that loads slowly or breaks on mobile isn’t a finished site
- Maintain and support what you build after launch — this isn’t a “ship and disappear” role
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years professional full-stack development experience
- Strong modern JavaScript/TypeScript, comfortable across a typical front-end framework and a real back-end stack
- WordPress experience is a genuine plus — a good chunk of client work runs on it
- You care about page speed and clean code without needing to be told to
